Solace Rare Earth

Putting American Industry First in the Global Critical Minerals Race

America's Critical Mineral Future Starts in Africa

Solace Rare Earth develops responsible supply chains connecting rare earth mineral resources across Southern and Central Africa with the advanced manufacturing and defense industries that power the United States.

The Challenge

The Challenge

A Supply Chain Vulnerability the United States Can No Longer Ignore

The rare earth elements and critical minerals that power America's defense systems, clean energy infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing sector are overwhelmingly sourced from a single foreign supplier. China controls approximately 70% of global rare earth mining and over 90% of global processing capacity. In 2025, export restrictions demonstrated just how quickly that dependency can become a crisis.

Africa holds the answer. The continent contains some of the world's largest and least developed reserves of the critical minerals American industry urgently needs. What has been missing is the supply chain infrastructure to connect that resource wealth with American buyers reliably, responsibly, and at scale.

That is what Solace Rare Earth is building.

Our Work

Sourcing: We identify and qualify rare earth mineral sourcing partners across Zimbabwe, Mozambique, South Africa, Botswana, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, building direct relationships with operators whose deposits contain the critical materials American industry depends on.

Supply Chain Development: We design and build the logistics frameworks, compliance standards, and chain of custody documentation required to move critical minerals from African source regions to U.S. advanced materials customers with full transparency and regulatory integrity.

U.S. Market Connection: We connect verified African mineral supply with U.S.-based advanced materials processors and manufacturers seeking reliable, non-adversarial sources for the rare earth elements critical to defense, aerospace, clean energy, and advanced manufacturing.:

The Opportunity

The Market Has Never Been More Ready

China controls over 80% of the world's rare earth processing. In 2025 that stopped being a statistic and became an issue with export restrictions triggering factory slowdowns and supply shortages across American defense, energy, and technology sectors.

America needs a reliable, sovereign alternative. Not eventually, but right now.

Solace Rare Earth exists for this moment. We are building a direct, compliant, and resilient supply corridor from African partners to American processors and manufacturers. We will work to reduce dependency, strengthen national security, and ensure the minerals powering America's future are not controlled by other nations.

Critical Minerals

The Materials the Power Modern Defense and Industry

Our sourcing strategy is focused on the rare earth elements and critical minerals the U.S. government has identified as most strategically important and most vulnerable to supply disruption.

  • Neodymium — Electric motors, wind turbines, defense systems

  • Dysprosium — High-performance permanent magnets

  • Terbium — Solid state devices, fiber optics, defense

  • Praseodymium — Aerospace alloys, EV motors

  • Scandium — Aerospace alloys, fuel cells, 3D printing

  • Hafnium — Semiconductors, nuclear applications

  • Germanium — Fiber optics, infrared optics, semiconductors

  • Cobalt — EV batteries, defense, aerospace

All materials on the U.S. Department of Energy and Department of Defense critical minerals priority lists.

Our Commitment

Built on Transparency, Trust, and Compliance

Solace Rare Earth operates to the highest standards of supply chain integrity. Every sourcing relationship is governed by formal supplier agreements with explicit anti-corruption provisions. Every transaction is fully documented and traceable. Our operations are structured to meet U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act requirements at every stage of the supply chain.

We believe the most reliable supply chains are built on a foundation of compliance and transparency. That is not just our standard. It is our competitive advantage.
