What We Do
Solace Rare Earth develops responsible, compliant, and reliable supply chains connecting rare earth mineral resources across Southern and Central Africa with advanced materials customers in the United States.
Our work begins at the source. We identify and qualify mineral sourcing partners across our target regions, building direct relationships with operators whose deposits contain the critical minerals American industry needs. We conduct thorough supplier due diligence, establish chain of custody documentation standards, and develop the logistics and compliance frameworks required to move materials through international supply chains with full transparency and regulatory integrity.
We then connect those sourcing relationships to U.S.-based advanced materials processors and manufacturers who need reliable, non-Chinese, non-adversarial supply. Our supply chain infrastructure is designed to provide the consistency, documentation, and compliance assurance that government and defense-adjacent customers require.
Our Target Minerals
Our sourcing portfolio is aligned with the U.S. Department of Energy and Department of Defense critical minerals priority lists; the materials identified as most essential to American industrial strength and long-term supply chain resilience.
Our current focus includes the permanent magnet rare earths at the heart of America's defense and clean energy leadership such as neodymium, dysprosium, terbium, praseodymium, samarium, and yttrium alongside high-value critical minerals including scandium, gallium, germanium, hafnium, and indium.
These materials are inside every advanced fighter aircraft, every next-generation naval system, every electric vehicle traction motor, and every 5G network powering American commerce. Building a reliable domestic supply chain for them is one of the defining industrial challenges of our time and one of the great commercial opportunities.
Our Supply Corridor
Southern and Central Africa holds some of the largest and highest-quality rare earth and critical mineral deposits in the world. Zimbabwe, Mozambique, South Africa, and the Democratic Republic of Congo together contain the neodymium, dysprosium, terbium, cobalt, and scandium that American defense, clean energy, and advanced manufacturing industries need to lead the next decade of technological growth.
